This group brings together pediatric OTs working in private practice to elevate clinical reasoning and refine intervention based on evidence so that we can have more impact with clients, and find more joy and ease in our work.

This group coaching program is based on 6 pillars of practice: 1) Mindset, 2) Assessment & Goal Writing, 3) Intervention, 4) Polyvagal Theory, 5) Working with Families, and 6) Practical Matters/Operations. Through these 6 pillars we are able to navigate the complexities of growing an effective sustainable private practice.

In the program you will find a community of passionate committed and smart therapists all looking to connect around the values of evidence-informed sensory-based practice and what it takes to support big and lasting change in the lives of children and families.
